Carrot soup

Ingredients
Carrot-2nos
Onion -1(small)
Garlic-2spoons(finely chopped)
Ginger-1spoon(finely chopped)
Green chilli-1no
Salt-as required
Butter-1tbsp
Jeera powder-1/4tbsp
Pepper powder- 1/4tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves- to garnish
Method
•Boil water and add the chopped carrots, after it becomes soft grind the carrots to a fine paste or blend it using a blender.(keep the boiled water)
• Heat the pan ,add butter , ginger garlic,green chilli  after it is roasted add the onions and saute for a minute.
• Now add the blended carrot and the boiled water, allow it to boil for 5mins. Adjust with water according to the consistency you prefer.
•Add some salt, jeera powder,pepper powder and coriander leaves
• Trasnfer it to a bowl and serve hot



A very healthy soup ! You can do the same for any other soup like beetroot , tomato or any vegetable soup. This is perfectly filling for breakfast. Try out this recipe 😀
