Beetroot rajma pulav

 Ingredients 
 Beetroot-1(chopped)
 Rajma-1cup(soaked over night)
Greenchilli-2
Pudina and coriander- 1handfull
Turmeric powder-1/2spoon
Chillipowder-1spoon
Daniya powder-1spoon
Garammasala-1/2spoon
Basmati rice-2cups(soak it for 30min)
Water-3 cups
To temper
Ghee-2spoon
Bayleaf,cinnamon,jeera
To grind
Ginger-small piece
Garlic-3-4nos
Greenchilli -1
Coriander stems and pudhina- handfull
Method
Pressure cook rajma for 5-6 whistles with some salt
Heat ghee in the cooker add everything listed under temper
Add onions once it turns golden brown add the grinded paste, 
After the raw smell goes add chopped tomato
Once it turns mushy add all the spice powder, chopped beetroot, rajma and give it a mix
Now add 3cups water and allow it to boil ,add salt
Now add basmati rice and wait till all the water evaporates
Add coriander nd pudina nd a tbsp of ghee and close the cooker
Cook in a low flame for 10 min
