Capsicum rice

Hi all ! This is my own innovation recipe , i made this with the leftover rice πŸ˜€ And it 
came out very well. It has become one of my favourite 😬

Ingredients
Capsicum-2nos
Left over rice- 1bowl
Onion-1
Garlic-3-4
Curry leaves
Chopped coriander
Chillipowder-1/2tbsp
Jeerapowder-1/4tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tbsp
Garam masala-just a pinch (dont add more)
Salt -as required
To temper
Ghee-2tbsp
Mustard-1/2tbsp
Cinnamon-1small piece
Curry leaves
Hing-1 pinch
To dry roast and grind
Dhaniya-2tbsp
Redchilli-4nos
Urad dal-1tbsp
Chana dal-1tbsp
Groundnut-2tbsp
Jeera-1/4tbsp
Pepper-4nos(just for flavour,optional)
Sesame seeds(yellu) -1tbsp
Method
• Heat ghee in a pan and add everything to be tempered
• Now add garlic and onions, after the onions are cooked ,add the capsicum
• You can use different colour capsicum to make it more colourful but here i used only green colour
• After the capsicum is cooked add turmeric powder ,chillipowder , garam masala , salt & jeera powder
• Finally add the grinded powder give it a mix and add the rice
• Mix evenly add a tbsp of ghee and garnish with coriander leaves

Serve this with any raitha or potato chips
You will definitely love this recipe as its very simple, easy and perfect for lunch box
The grinded powder can be used for any vegetables you prepare and it gives added flavour and taste 
You can even store the powder
