Gobi manchurian

Ingredients 
Cauliflower-1 (medium size)
Onion-1
Capsicum-1
Garlic-3-4 chopped
Ginger- small piece
Greenchilli-3
Soya sauce-2tsp
Tomato sauce-2tbsp
Maida-4tbsp
Cornflour-3tbsp
Lemonjuice-1/2spoon
Salt-as required
Pepper powder-2 spoons
Spring onions- finely chopped(optional)
To grind
Green chilli-2
Garlic-3nos
Ginger-small piece
METHOD:
Boil water with some salt and turmeric powder, clean all d cauliflower and cut into florets
Now add the cauliflower into the boiling water and switch off the flame and close it with
a lid. After 5min drain the water and allow it to cool
Marination
1.In a wide bowl add maida, cornflour, salt,grinded paste,1spoon soya sauce
Tomato sauce,lemon juice, 1spoon pepper powder, add some water and
make it a smooth thick paste (dont make it too watery) now add the
blanched cauliflower and coat it well with the mixture
Allow it to rest for 10-15mins
2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower until golden brown
For the sauce
Heat 2 tbsp of oil add chopped garlic,ginger, green chilli.
Now add onion , capsicum (don not over cook) it should be crunchy
Add 1spoon of soya sauce, 1 spoon tomato sauce , little salt( as soya sauce
contains salt), little pepper powder
Mix a tbsp of corn flour in water and add it to the mixture
Once the raw smell of cornflour goes. Adjust the sauce with water accoring
to your preference.
Now add the fried cauliflower and garnish with spring onions
