Mint raitha
Ingredients
Mint(pudhina)- 1 cup
Coriander leaves with stems - 1/2cup
Greenchilli-1
Thick curd- 1cup
Jeerapowder-1tbsp
Chatmasala-1/2tbsp
Salt- as requires
Sugar- 1 pinch
Amchur powder(optional) -1/4tbsp
Method
Grind mint, coriander,greenchilli with a pinch of sugar
to a fine paste
Beat the curd well,add salt,all the powders and the green paste
Mix it well
Optional
You can also add chopped onions into the raitha for more taste
Simple raitha ready! This goes well with any pulav or any
Stuffed chapathi/roti
This was the raitha which i made for beetroot and rajma pulav
