Cheesy Garlic bread

Ingredients 
For the dough
Maida-1cup
Dry yeast-1tbsp
Sugar-1/2tbsp
Salt-required for the dough
Oil-2tbsp
Warm water-1/2cup
Oregano-1/2tbsp
Garlic-1tbsp finely chopped or grated
Other
Garlic-20
Oregano - 2tbsp
Chilliflakes-1tbsp
Grated Cheese(mozzarella)-50gms
Butter
Method
• In a bowl take warm water and add the yeast and sugar
• Mix it well with a spoon till yeast dissolves and wait for 5-10mins till yeast activates(it will look frothy)
• Now add in salt, oregano, oil and maida
• Make it like a chapathi dough it should be soft
• Knead well, brush some oil on d dough and close it with a cloth and allow it to rest for 2hours
• The dough will raise double in size
• Finely ey chop all the garlic and mix some of the garlic with butter
• After 2hrs make the dough into 2 equal halves, dust maida knead again and
roll it to half inch thicker
• Brush it with garlic butter, to one half add oregano, cheese, chilli flakes, and some chopped garlic
• Now close & seal the edges
• Top it again with butter, oregano and chili flakes
• Make some marks with knife
• Place it in a baking tray and preheat the oven for 180*c and bake for 15mins

Notes:
You can also add some olives and swet corns with the cheese
Can add cheese according to your taste preference
