Tawa pulav

Ingredients
Basmati rice- 1cup
Onion- 1
Greenchilli-1
Crushed ginger garlic-1tbsp
Beans&carrot(chopped)- 1/2cup
Capsicum(thinely sliced) -1/4cup
Panner- 5 cubes
Water-1.5cups
Chopped coriander leaves-handfull
Turmeric powder-1/4tbsp
Chillipowder-1tbsp
Daniya powder-1/2tbsp
Paav baji masala-1tbsp
Jeera powder-1/4tbsp
Curd-1/4tbsp
Salt- as required
To temper
Butter-3tbsp
Bay leaf-1
Jeera-1/4tbsp
Cinnamon-1inch
Method
Heat butter in a pan and add all the items mentioned under 'to temper'
Now add onions and saute until golden brown, then add green chilli , ginger garlic
Add carrot and beans give it a mix and all spice powders, mix till raw smell goes, then add a curd
Now add the measured water and allow it to boil, add required salt
Then add the soaked basmati rice, wait till the water absorbs
Add chopped coriander leaves and close it with a lid and cook for 10 mins in low flame
Meanwhile, in another tawa add a tbsp of butter , saute the capsicum and paneer (let it be crunchy, dont over cook)then add some little salt, pepper powder,chaat masala required only for the caspicum and paneer
After the pulav is done, add in the capsicum & paneer and garnish with some coriander leaves 


A very simple and easy tawa pulav is ready! Serve this with raitha. 
The use of paav baji masala in this tawa pulav gives a very good taste and flavour to the pulav which is something different from the normal pulav we make. This can be prepared in 20mins if all the ingredients are kept ready.
